At everyrug.in each rug goes through a 3-step quality check before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged, stained, or size-variation rug (more than 2–3%), email us within 48 hours with clear photos.
Eligible rugs must be unused, with all tags intact, and returned in original packaging.
After inspection, we will replace the rug or issue a refund as applicable.
Custom-made rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Used, washed, altered, or tampered rugs will not be accepted.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 4–5 working days.
Order cancellation before production is allowed; store credit will be provided (no money refund).
